There is nothing in our agreement that prevents it but we issue one private username and password which is just for you.  For corporate accounts each sales rep gets their own username and password to use.  The programs are tailored and priced to fit small companies, too. It depends.  A small organization may not be able to afford a facilitator but they still have the same need as a larger company.  That is why I have provided a Facilitation Handbook with your training.  This handbook provides everything you will need to facilitate this crucial meeting. Now you can lead the effort yourself.  Otherwise, the Handbook is a great guide for helping you to select an outside or inside professional.

Absolutely.  This site uses a powerful, modern secure socket layer to transmit important data like credit card information.  Payments are powered by gateway provider Stripe, and industry leader in e-commerce.  I don’t store any credit card information, I don’t see your credit card number.

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, including our public website. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).
