Selling is Simple! Ask the prospect what they want … and give it to them!
Okay … perhaps an oversimplification but its really true. We need to ask enough great questions to get at the heart of what they really want and need. Once that is discovered then clarify that need with the summary, present a solution that fulfills that need, ask them what they think about your idea, and close. Selling is just not that complicated.
Everyone is trying to improve their business, their job, their career. If they believe you can help with that they will listen to what you have to say. But you must be spot on with understanding what they need. Then give it to them … for a price of course, Just that simple!
